Common questions

I didn't receive my sign-in link

Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you entered the same email each time. Sign-in links are only valid for a short window, so request a fresh one if it's expired, and open it on the same device you're signing in on. Still stuck? Email support@nookaly.co.uk.

A property won't load or is still analysing

Pull to refresh (app) or reload the page (extension). Check the property is within London, our current coverage area — some newly listed homes take a few moments to be analysed. If it persists, contact support@nookaly.co.uk.

Billing, subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions purchased on iOS are managed through your Apple App Store account, and Android/web subscriptions through Google or our website. For billing questions or refund requests, email support@nookaly.co.uk and we'll help.

Privacy, data and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. For anything about your personal data or our handling of it, see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@nookaly.co.uk.
