Nookaly combines property listings with public and licensed datasets to score and analyse homes. We gratefully acknowledge the sources below and comply with the attribution terms of their licences.

Much of our area data is public sector information. Where you see a reference to the Open Government Licence:

Property listings

Property listings are sourced from UK property portals (Rightmove and Zoopla) via a third-party data provider. Nookaly does not store the portals' listing content. We use only factual details from a listing — such as price, number of bedrooms, location and energy rating — and from those facts we generate our own descriptions and assessments using AI. Photographs are displayed via links to the original portals (their Open Graph image links), not copied or re-hosted. The descriptions, scores and analysis you see are Nookaly's own work, and every listing links back to its source so you can view the original in full.
