## How scoring works

Each property gets a personalised 0–100 score from user-set weights across commute, budget value, living space, safety (crime), energy (EPC), natural light, broadband, relative value (price per sqm vs local sold prices), air quality and quietness. Hard requirements (budget, bedrooms, bathrooms, commute caps) filter listings; the rest are ranked by fit.
